When the entrepreneur behind Boom came to me with a new real estate company idea, we brainstormed several different routes on how to brand his company. First, we needed a eye-catching name, one that embodied his future company’s values and services. He described his service as the preferable way for potential clients to quickly sell their homes with an emphasis on a hassle free experience. Selling a house can be a stressful process –– delays, hidden fees, finicky buyers –– a potential nightmare. He wanted to advertise a business that would be the complete opposite: your house sold at the snap of a finger, “Boom.”
Boom. Just like that, your house is sold. Quick and seamless. Don’t worry about it, don’t stress about it, here’s an offer for your home–– and it’s sold. Boom Home Offer.
Logo
With the company name “Boom” signed off by the client, the logo had to convey a clear communication that Boom was in real estate industry. At the same time, I wanted to instill a sense of trust, ease, and motion into the logo.
A set of blue tones were selected to display honesty and trust. The minimalist house outline was designed to showcase how the brand was simple and accessible. Lastly, for the word “Boom,” a modern font Helvetica Neue in an italicized style would show how the company facilitates a quick and fast offer for you.
Slogan
Boom’s slogan embodies the core values the company brings to their customer––sell your home fast and easy. The polished logo builds credibility, while the slogan makes an attractive offer. It’s straight to the point and easily visible, making it extremely effective to an impulse seller.
